Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between Soma Valet, LLC ("Soma Valet," "we," "us") and any client, guest, or visitor ("you") who engages our services or uses our website. By booking our services or using somavalet.com, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Soma Valet provides valet parking and related concierge services for events, venues, and properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and Dallas. Specific scope, attendant counts, hours, and pricing are set in writing for each engagement.

Booking & Payment

• Bookings are confirmed once a written quote is accepted and any required deposit is received.
• Final invoices are due per the terms set in the engagement quote.
• Late payments may incur reasonable interest or collection fees.

Cancellation

Cancellation policies are established per engagement and stated on each written quote. Deposits may be non-refundable, and cancellations close to the event date may be charged.

Vehicle Handling

• Soma Valet exercises professional care in handling guest vehicles.
• We carry valet liability and garagekeepers insurance for incidents occurring while a vehicle is in our custody.
• We are not responsible for items left in unlocked vehicles, mechanical failures preexisting our custody, or damage caused by the guest, third parties, or factors outside our reasonable control.
• Any incident must be reported to the on-site manager before the vehicle leaves the premises.

Guest Conduct

Soma Valet reserves the right to refuse service to any guest exhibiting reckless behavior, intoxication, or abusive conduct toward our staff. We will not knowingly hand keys to a visibly impaired driver.

Tips & Gratuity

Tips are appreciated but never required. Tipping policies are set per engagement (e.g., gratuity included vs. cash to attendants).

Use of Website

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to disrupt its operation. The site, including text, photos, and the Soma Valet name and logo, is the property of Soma Valet, LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Soma Valet's liability under any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement, except where insurance applies to a covered vehicle incident.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Harris County, Texas.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above will reflect the most recent change.
